Keeps taking money after I canceled, impossible to contact

I canceled all my services with TuneCore, but they kept pulling money from my bank account. I had to report it to my bank to get my money back. Then the next month, they did it again, and I had to file another claim with the bank.

A whole year went by with nothing, and then I got an email receipt for a purchase I never made. I can't get a hold of them to fix any of this. The support link they have is just a maze, it doesn't actually get you to customer service. It feels like it's set up that way on purpose.
