On Jan 6th, 2017 I flew with Air canada from Ottawa to New delhi, via a connection in Toronto to Istanbul-Turkey (Istanbul to Delhi was operated by Turkish Airlines).
I was "detained" at Attaturk Airport with no food, no accommodation with over 600 flights being cancelled due to a weather factor (snow), the Turkish special forces and security all-armed officers were watching every single word we'd tell, the exhausted Turkish Airlines employees: They lack English language knowledge and didn't know what how to handle over 15000 passengers over packed all of the sudden at the airport; I wasn't allowed to exit airport, was told I need a visa and I need to book a hotel at my cost; I had no access to my prescribed medications (stress and depression).
I was forced to delete footage of Indian stranded workers at airport expressing their anger/being 4 days at airport without food and zero services.
Finally when the flight was possible on Jan9th of jan'17, (we were sitting for 4 hours on board with No reason of delay!) I reached new Delhi and both large luggages were missing-delayed, after SIX days I got one of them, the other one is still missing, all related forms were fully completed, been trying to contact the TK Airlines office in Delhi and istanbul and I never get a straight answer.
