Paid for a kitten and then got hit with more and more fees

I saw Maine [censored] kittens offered on the twilightgiantmainecoons.com website. I contacted them and they asked for an initial payment of $500.00. I paid that. Then when it was time for shipping, they asked for another $250.00. I paid that too.

Once the kitten was supposedly at the shipper, a company called United MaACRO Pet Transportation contacted me. They said I needed to pay between $850.00 and $1500.00 just to rent a crate. That's when I knew this was a scam. I've lost $750 total. The phone number I have is (817) 653-8809 and their email is [email protected].
