Second threatening letter about my home warranty with no company name

I got another letter in the mail, this one says it's tied to Twin City Coops FCU or something. It's all about "your home's warranty" and demanding I respond immediately. The tone is really threatening and blaming, like I did something wrong. It tries to look all official but something feels off.

This is the second time I got one of these. I don't know if it's a scam or what, but the way it's written is just gross. I didn't lose any money but I'm tired of getting this junk. The phone number on it was 1(877) 418-2317. No website listed.
