Towing company wanted $300 for just 3 miles

I called this place to have my car towed only 3 miles and they wanted to charge me $300. For 3 miles. That seems crazy to me.

They also wanted my credit or debit card number before they would even send a driver out. I asked where their office was located in town and they wouldn't give me an answer. Just didn't make sense.
