Text about a research study for West Virginia residents

I got a text message on my personal phone that said they are hosting a research study for West Virginia residents that pays 100 dollars. It said if I was interested to fill out a qualifying survey at this link https://txtrq.co/Z7SdiF. Then it said thanks and to reply remove2end to opt out.

I didn't sign up for anything like this and I don't know who these people are. The area code on the number was (423) 960-1949 and the website address looks strange. I didn't click on the link or lose any money but it felt off.

Text about a research study paying 150 dollars

I got a text message from some company I never heard of. It said they are doing a research study for residents that pays 150 dollars. It asked if I was interested and to fill out a qualifying survey at a link.

The link was https://txtrq.co/z1p81p and it said Thanks at the end. I didn't click on it because it felt strange. There was no company name in the message and I didn't sign up for anything like this. I have no idea who they are.

Text about a paid focus group for Texas residents

I got a text message saying they are hosting a focus group for Texas residents that pays 225 dollars. It said if I was interested to fill out a qualifying survey at https://txtrq.co/Y4lLsV. The number it came from was (423) 960-1949.

It just feels weird. I never signed up for anything like this and they said to reply "remove2end" to opt out. I didn't lose any money but I'm pretty sure it's phishing. No real company name on the message either.

Text about a focus group with a link I don’t trust

I got a random text out of nowhere. It said something about a focus group for Alabama residents that pays 250 dollars. I didn’t ask for this and I don’t know who they are.

The message had a link to some website https://txtrq.co/zH4WVL and said to reply “remove2end” if I wanted to stop. I didn’t click the link because it felt off. No company name in the text either.

The area code was (423) 960-1949 and it said Chattanooga, TN. I’m just tired of getting these weird messages.

Got a text about a $200 focus group in Idaho

I got a text from txtrq.co. It said they're hosting a focus group for Idaho residents that pays 200 dollars. It asked if I was interested and to fill out a qualifying survey at their link. To opt out it said to reply remove2end.

That was it. There was no other information about this focus group. No location, nothing else about it. Just the text with the link. It felt off.

Got a text about a Georgia focus group paying $225

I got a text message out of the blue. It said they are hosting a focus group for Georgia residents that pays 225 dollars. It asked if I was interested and to fill out a qualifying survey at a link: https://txtrq.co/tQkW5U.

The message ended with "Thanks! to opt out reply remove2end". The text came from the phone number 1(423) 960-1949. I never signed up for anything from them. It felt like a phishing attempt to get my information.

Got a text about a paid focus group, feels like a scam

I got a text message saying they're hosting a focus group for Maryland residents that pays 100 dollars. It said to fill out a qualifying survey at a link: https://txtrq.co/FPXeC9. The message came from the phone number (423) 960-1949.

I never signed up for anything like this. The whole thing feels off. They said to reply "remove2end" to opt out, which is weird. I'm pretty sure this is a phishing attempt to get my information. I didn't click the link or lose any money, but I don't like getting these random texts.

Got a text about a focus group paying $250, seems like a scam.

I got this text saying they’re hosting a focus group for Oregon residents that pays 250 dollars. It told me to fill out a qualifying survey at this link: https://txtrq.co/u3STUZ. The message ended with “Thanks! to opt out reply remove2end” and then “Remove2End.” I do live in Portland, Oregon, so that part matched, but the whole thing felt off. I didn’t click the link. It just seems like a scam.
