Packages showing up for a stranger at my house

I keep getting packages delivered to my house addressed to someone I don’t even know. They don’t live here, never lived here. The packages are from some company and they want me to repackage them and send them out again from the post office.

The phone number they gave is (848) 360-5183 and the email is [email protected]. The address on the stuff is 409 Joyce Kilmer Ave, New Brunswick, NJ 08901.

I didn’t sign up for this. I didn’t lose any money but it feels weird having strangers mail showing up at my door like this. I don’t know why they think I’m going to forward their packages.
