Uber charged me for a delivery I never ordered and won't fix it

About ten months ago I got a text about a delivery I never made. I contacted my bank right away to dispute the charge. I also told Uber it was an error, but they refused. They said the charge details were linked to my account, but I had never even used Uber Eats before, not once.

My bank did refuse the charge and I closed my Uber account. Then months later, Uber sent an update admitting they made a mistake and would reverse it. But the charge is still there on my account. Every time I try to contact them about it, I just get an automatic "thank you, we will close the ticket" reply. There's no actual customer support. It's a horrible company to deal with.
