Cheap bike I bought never shipped and now they keep trying to take money

I found a bike that was real cheap so I bought it. Then I never got a receipt or anything. I tried to look up the number but there wasn't one. I did get an email that said thank you and gave me a tracking number but it still says waiting to be shipped.

There's no way to contact them. No responses or anything. And now they keep trying to hit my account. I had to change my number because they already took a lot of money. Like 427 dollars.
