Endless calls about a loan I never asked for

I keep getting calls about a loan request I never made. They've called me over a hundred times in the last three months. Every time it's the same thing, saying my loan needs to be finalized.

The calls come from numbers in many different states. I've asked three separate times to be put on their do not call list. They say they will, but then the calls just keep coming. Every single day without fail.
