Got a scary call about a fake lawsuit for credit card debt

I got a call from (888) 352-1859. The person said I was being sued over a credit card debt. They were really vague about the amount, just saying something like "the most they can sue you for is $9200." Then they said they were sending an officer to serve me papers.

They never even verified my address. They wouldn't give me any information, just a lot of attitude. They had the last four digits of a credit card number and the last four of my actual Social Security number, which was scary. But the weird thing is, they called my husband's phone, not even mine. The whole thing felt off.
