Endless calls about a loan I already refinanced a year ago

I keep getting these calls about completing a loan application. I refinanced my home about a year ago and I've been getting these calls non-stop ever since. They come from different numbers all the time.

I've signed up for the official opt-out list and the Do Not Call registry, but it doesn't stop them. It's just constant. The latest one came from (980) 512-3353. I never applied for anything new, so I don't know why this is still happening.
