Someone keeps calling all day about a loan I never asked for

This person kept calling me from like 8 in the morning all the way to maybe 5pm. They keep talking about how I need to finalize my loan so I can collect some amount between 10,000 and 60,000 dollars.

It’s just really annoying. I keep blocking the number and blocking it again but somehow they still get through. I never asked for any of this.
