Called knowing my name and claimed money that wasn't theirs

I got a call from this number (407) 349-1817 and they knew my name right away. They said I owed some money that wasn't mine at all. I have no idea how they got my info.

They wanted me to pay some kind of fee first. I lost $20,000 to this whole thing. The address they gave was in Kissimmee, FL but it doesn't feel real. I just feel stupid for falling for it. They just kept pushing me to send money for the loan and it never came.
