They took almost $200 from my bank account without asking

I got a call from (866) 435-0666, some number from Destin, FL. They said something about a bill I didn’t recognize. I didn’t agree to anything. Next thing I know, almost $200 was gone from my ACH account. $164.84 just came out.

I never gave them permission. It was just there one day, missing from my bank. No invoice, no paper, nothing. I didn’t sign up for this. They just took it.
