Paid for shipping on a roll cart and got nothing

I saw this ad on Facebook saying all you had to pay was for shipping and you’d get a roll cart to carry park and beach umbrellas and seats. So I paid the 13.95 for shipping. That was it. Never got anything. No cart, no email, nothing. The address they gave is 1029 Lyell Ave Unit #1048 in Rochester NY 14606. I just want people to know. Close them down.
