Random small packages from same address for fake reviews

I keep getting these weird little packages in the mail. Like a piece of cardboard one time, a keychain another time. They all come from the same address – 70 E Hawthorne Ave, Valley Stream, NY 11580.

I didn't order anything. It's some kind of scam where they send random stuff so they can post fake unboxing reviews and make money off it. I haven't lost any money but it's annoying getting junk I never asked for.

Strange package in the mail with just a taped piece of cardboard

I got a small package in the mail from USPS. I didn't know who sent it. The return address says 70 E Hawthorne Ave, Valley Stream, NY 11580. I never ordered anything from that place.

When I opened it, all that was inside was a rectangular piece of cardboard that was taped up. No note, no name, nothing else. Just cardboard. I have no idea what this is about or why someone would mail that. Feels like some kind of online purchase scam or something. I didn't lose any money but it's just weird.
