Websites charging me without buying anything and won't respond

I never bought anything from these two sites. They have internet sites advertising goods and services. But as soon as you look at the site they start charging you. I didn't order anything from them and all of a sudden I am getting recurring charges from both.

They don't respond to my requests for info. I lost about $240 total. The address they gave is in Albuquerque, NM. I just want them to stop taking my money and explain why they did it.
