Got a scam rental email from someone pretending to be the property owner

I was inquiring about a rental property and this person reached out to me by email. I ignored it at first because the listing had been taken down everywhere and it said not for rent. They emailed me again, so I decided to humor them.

They sent a long email about who they were, with property details and availability. I looked up the names they gave me and nothing came up. Then I checked the public record for the actual property and realized they were impersonating the real owners.

I put the phone number they provided, (903) 230-3352, into Google. The first result was a scam report on ScamPulse.com for that same number. The email they used was [email protected] and they said they were in Houston, TX. I have screenshots of the whole message.
