Ordered a motor and transmission, never got shipped

They got a website that sells motors and transmissions. So I ordered a motor and transmission from them cause they said free shipping. Supposedly they just never ship it to you. They get your money through PayPal or credit card. I paid $650.00. I have screenshots of everything, emails, payments made. Their email is [email protected]. Phone number is (623) 253-1071. Address is in Phoenix, AZ. This website needs to be shut down.
