Phone call about a loan asking for insurance money up front

I answered a phone call from a guy named Alex Miller who said he was from Upstart Loans. He had all my info already, like my home address, my email, my birthday and even the last part of my social. It felt strange they knew so much.

They promised me a $5,000 loan but said I had to pay a $150 insurance premium first, or do two months of installment payments to release the loan. I never got any money and they have my sensitive bank information too. I didn’t lose any cash but I’m worried what they’ll do with my bank details.
