Ordered from Urban Hollis, got a fake tracking number and no package

I placed an order on their website urbanhollis.com. They said shipping would be 5-6 business days. I never got a confirmation email but they charged me right away. $79.48.

I had to reach out to them myself to ask what was going on. They finally sent me a tracking number but it has not updated in 4 days now. Pretty sure it is fake. Their address says 2460 Victory Blvd in Staten Island and the phone is (925) 392-6752. Just want my money back or the product.
