Charged twice by website pretending to be government, no service and no reply

I got a text from this company, US All C Filing, and their website is usallcfiling.com. They make it look like they're an official state or government site. I didn't realize it was just a private business until after I finished everything.

They charged my credit card two times. First it was $377, then another $387 right after. That was $764 total. I haven't heard a single thing from them since that day. I've called the number, (424) 317-5810, and left messages. No one ever calls back.

Now I have to try and figure out if they even did any of the LLC or EIN filing I paid for. It feels like a complete scam. I wouldn't use them.
