Got a scary final notice letter in the mail about my property
I got this letter in the mail marked "Immediate Response To This Notice Requested." It says FINAL NOTICE right on it. The lender info says Us Bk. The message is about an important matter with my property address and says it's secured by my current lender, Us Bk.
It says they reserve the right to revoke an allocated waiver after seven days. It tells me to please call immediately and that this is their final attempt to notify me, with the number 1-888-801-7242. At the bottom it shows "Allocated Waiver $199.00" and wants a signature. The whole thing felt really off and scary, like I was in trouble, but I never signed up for anything.
