Someone used my info for a loan I did not sign up for

I got a call from (833) 396-4689 and they said my information was used for a loan I never applied for. They said they were from US Loan and Trust Associates and had my name and some other stuff. I don’t know how they got it.

They said the loan was from New York and gave an address there but it didn’t feel right. I didn’t give them any money and I hung up. I just want it on record that someone is using my identity for loans. I didn’t lose any money but it is still scary.
