Email about my trademark application with my real serial number

I got this email from someone named Andrew Collins at ustrademarkcommission.com. They knew my actual trademark application name and serial number. Said it was an official notice about a required certification filing.

The email talked about needing a NOC Certification to notarize and validate my trademark across all 50 states. Looked pretty real at first glance but something felt off. I don't know how they got my application info from the USPTO.

Looking back it was fishy. I just don't get why the government can't track down a phone number like (571) 589-1534 or an address in Alexandria, VA and shut these people down. What a bunch of losers who can't get a real job. Worthless people.
