Ordered a shirt from a Facebook page and never got it, no refund.

I saw a page on Facebook selling t-shirts for health causes, so I placed an order. It's been over a month now. I never received anything.

I emailed them at [email protected] about it. They just said my order was delivered, but it wasn't. I checked everywhere. Now they're refusing to give me my money back.

The charge was for $26.98. I tried calling the number listed, 1(866) 805-5324, but it didn't get me anywhere. I just want my money back for an order I never got.
