Ordered months ago and still nothing from Usagoodshop

I ordered something off Facebook from a place called Usagoodshop. That was months ago. Still haven't gotten my product. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but it doesn't even work. No reply at all.

I lost 50 bucks on this. Just want what I paid for or my money back. Feels like I got scammed.
