Money back guarantee means nothing when return costs more than the item
Turns out the return address is in Australia but the product came from China. Shipping it back costs more than what I paid for the item. So basically the guarantee is a joke. I lost $238 on this.
I know I should have looked into it more before buying. But it feels like these kind of sales tricks should not be allowed. Consumer protection doesn't seem to help when companies can just misrepresent everything like this.
Ordered a mattress topper, got an order number but no product.
The only way to contact them is a form on their website. I've sent three messages through it and haven't heard back at all. I paid using Apple Cash, and when I contacted them about it, they just said they can't do anything. My money is gone, almost $200, and I have nothing to show for it.
