Bought a refurbished phone from a website that never showed up

I ordered a refurbished phone from ushome.shop and paid $370. They gave me a tracking number from 17track and it said the phone was on its way. I kept checking it and it looked like it was moving.

But nothing ever came. They claimed it was delivered. I never got anything. The tracking was fake the whole time I think. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody replied. The phone number they had was (929) 336-9150 but no one picks up.

I just lost my money and they still have the website up.
