Eight empty mailers from the same address with no explanation

I have gotten 8 empty small package mailers from this address. They just keep showing up. No idea what it is or why. They are just the little cardboard mailers with nothing inside.

I keep getting them and there is no note or anything. Just the same return address every time. It feels strange. I did not order anything and nobody sent me a message about it. No company name on the mailers either.

I am not sure if this is some kind of scam or what. But I wanted to report it because it does not make sense.
