Got a final notice text about a $250 reward being held for me

I got a text message saying this was the FINAL NOTICE. It says a $250 reward is being held for me. The message came from a phone number, (800) 919-9361.

The only thing identifying who it's from is it says USPS permit 492. They also gave a reward claim number, RW12192389. It felt off. I never signed up for any prize or lottery from them. I didn't click anything or pay anything, but I don't like getting these messages.
