Got an empty bag inside another bag in the mail

I got a package in the mail through USPS. It was just a empty bag inside another bag. That’s all that was in there. It came from 70 E Hawthorne Ave, Valley Stream, NY 11580. I didn’t order anything from that address. No idea what it was supposed to be. Wasn’t expecting anything. Just a bag inside a bag. Nothing else. Money lost was zero but still felt off. Didn’t make sense why someone would mail that. No note or anything inside.
