Paid $205 for a fake service animal certificate and they won't refund me

I paid $205 on that website usserviceanimals.org for a service animal certification. It's not even for real service animals, I realized that right after. So I called them back right away at (985) 242-7024 and asked for a refund. They just said no. No explanation, nothing. Just denied it. I want my money back.
