Ordered a set in December, never got it and only get AI replies

I bought a matching set from the v2 by velare website for my son back in December. I never received the items.

Every time I try to contact them at their email, I get these AI messages. They keep saying "the shipment is in final stages" and that "you will receive an update in 7 business days." I've gotten that same message over and over. No updates ever come. No product either.

I just want my $120 back.
