Getting harassing loan calls from a number I don't know

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me multiple times a day, and it's been going on for weeks now. I never gave them my number or applied for any loan with them. I think they got my info from filling out some online form.

They are very aggressive and rude when they call. I've told them to stop calling me, but they just won't leave me alone. The calls keep coming. It's really frustrating.
