Phone call about a legal notice with no company name given

I got a call from someone named Valerie Jimenez saying she was with document services. She said this was a formal notice about a noncompliance thing being filed against me. She gave a reference number and said if I didn't get the notice in the mail I should call their litigation office right away to get a copy sent certified.

She said the complaint could move forward legally without my consent in one to 2 business days. Then she gave me a number to call at 844-800-7139. No company name was really given, just "document services." The whole thing felt strange. I didn't call back.

Phone call saying last chance before legal action over old debt

Someone called from (610) 228-5887 saying they were Valerie Jimenez, a process server with Document Services. They said this was my last chance before they take legal action and I needed to call back 866-955-7016 with reference number 1464105.

I don't know what debt they're talking about. They didn't send anything in writing or give me any proof. Just a phone call saying call this number or else.

I didn't send any money but it felt off. No company name on anything. Just a phone number and a reference number.

Phone call about a legal notice with no real company name

Got a call from a number with the same area code as where I used to live, in the nearest city. They left a voicemail from someone named Valerie Jimenez with "document services" saying it was for Maria Rodriguez. Reference number 1457412. Said it was a formal notice about a noncompliance notice being filed against me.

The message said if I didn't get the notice by mail to call the litigation office right away to get a copy sent certified. Then said this complaint can move forward legally without my consent in one to 2 business days. Gave a number to call at 8669557016.

So I called back and the person claimed to be litigations. I told them to stop harassing me with these calls and leaving the same message. They just hung up quick. No real company name on anything.
