Got an empty package in the mail I didn't order

I got this small padded envelope in the mail from US mail. It was empty. Just an empty package. The return address said 70 E Hawthorne Ave, Valley Stream, NY 11580. I didn't order anything from there. I don't even know what it was supposed to be.

Felt off right away. No paperwork or anything inside. Just the padded envelope itself. So I'm out nothing money-wise but still. Why send an empty package to someone. Didn't make sense to me. No call or email about it either. Just showed up.
