Ordered from an online store but never got my items or a refund

I saw this online store, Vanira Official, and I placed an order. The total came to $71.58. They took the money but I never got what I ordered. I tried to contact them through the email they have, [email protected], but they never replied to any of my emails.

I even tried calling the phone number they listed, (505) 443-2814, but that number just goes to some clinic. It's not even connected to them. When I finally did get a response about a refund, they just ignored me. Then they said their facilities were closing and they wouldn't be in contact anymore. The whole thing feels like a complete scam.
