Ordered from Vchic.com and lost $100, item never arrived

I placed an order on Vchic.com and paid $100. I thought the company was in Great Britain, so I figured shipping would take a while. But now I see it's actually located in China.

The item never showed up. Looking back, you should pay attention to the product descriptions on the site. If it sounds like it was written by someone who isn't a native English speaker, it's probably a scam. I tried contacting their support email, [email protected], and got nothing back. My money is just gone.
