Ordered clothes from Vchics, items were wrong and damaged, can't get a refund
I ordered some clothes from the Vchics website. When the stuff got here, it looked nothing like the pictures. One item was actually damaged. So I wanted to return most of it. There wasn't any invoice or packing slip in the boxes.
Their policy says you can return items if you're not satisfied and get a refund, and to contact support. I've emailed them at [email protected] many times asking how to send the stuff back. I didn't call because the number isn't even a US number.
They finally wrote back and asked for pictures, so I sent those. Then they just offered me a discount on another purchase. They said returns have to go to China, but they never gave me an address to send anything to. I don't want a discount, I just want my money back.
