Got a weird letter about car coverage for a Nissan I don't own

I got two letters in the mail about vehicle coverage for a 2020 Nissan GT-R. I have never owned a Nissan in my life. The letter says my coverage might be expiring or is expired, and that I could be financially liable for repairs.

It had a check attached for $199.00, but there's no business name on it anywhere. The letter tells me to call 1-888-413-6075. At the very bottom, in the smallest print you can imagine, it finally says "This is an advertisement for a vehicle repair contract." The whole thing felt off.
