Phone call saying I need to verify warranty or face financial liability

Got a call from this number (833) 777-1003. They said they were from something called "Official Business" and had a form number FORM 9550-WARR. The guy said I needed to call them back immediately to verify my warranty or I'd be financially liable. Said if I didn't do it my coverage would lapse and I'd lose eligibility for service coverage.

I don't even remember buying a warranty from anyone. They had this whole thing about "Vehicle Service Dept" and even gave a Spanish line at 833-777-1005. Felt really pushy and weird. I didn't lose any money but it just didn't seem right.
