Ad on Snapchat and Facebook for clothing that never came

I ordered several clothing sets from VELNOVAE after seeing their ads all the time on Snapchat, Facebook, and TikTok. Thought it was a good deal since I had seen the ad so many times before so I finally ordered. DONT DO IT. Its all a scam.

They sent me false emails and tracking updates but nothing ever got delivered. Its all a lie. And its not like it was a one time thing either, I see their ads every spring and summer on those websites. Makes me wonder how they can keep advertising and not be held accountable for it. I lost $43.00 on this.
