Product arrival 2 months later and postage of $12 charged

2/25/2026 Ordered the beeswax bread bags for $78 plus Visa Intl service charges on top. Bags arrived 4/17/2026 with $12.05 postage due. The USPS said a duplicate tracking number was used. The weight on the postage sticker was 0lbs 4 oz, the package weighed 1lb 10oz. The return address is Abby Adkins, 1030 Reeves St, Dunmore PA 18512. This is "Extra Space Storage" at this address. USPS employee suspected postal fraud. I emailed the company immediately and rec'd a response but not valid answers to refunding the postage and I asked what country the beeswax was purchased from. I have now asked for a full refund plus postage paid and method for return of package. I would advise others to not order from this company.

Ordered bread bags and warmer over a month ago, never got them

I ordered bread bags and a bread warmer from Velor Bread on February 6th. It's March 12th now and I still haven't gotten my order. They charged my credit card right away, no problem there.

I got a couple emails from them saying my order shipped but there's a huge delay. They sounded sincere about it. I ordered straight from their website, not through any social media. I thought it was a real company from France. Everything looked real!

Then I decided to look into them more and found other people had the exact same issue. They are a scam. I'm so mad. I lost $94.34. Do your homework first.
