Ordered bees wax bags and sheets, never got anything

I saw an ad for Bees Wax Bread Bags. I bought three bread bags and was supposed to get a fourth one free. I also bought three folding sheets made of bees wax.
I used my VISA to buy the four bags and three sheets for $98.00 from Velor Oslo. The charge hit my card on February 4, 2026. I haven't received a single thing from them. No bags, no sheets, nothing.
