Ordered a laundry basket and got the wrong item, now they won't give a real refund

I saw an ad for home decor stuff and ordered a specific mushroom garden laundry basket from Veloraea. It took almost six weeks to get here, and when it finally showed up, it wasn't even the right thing.

I emailed them right away asking for a refund and for them to send me a return label. The next day I got this weird, robotic email from something called Zendesk saying they were "deeply sorry" and to send photos. So I did. Then they sent another odd message saying I could either take a 15% discount on a future order—why would I ever order from them again?—or just keep the wrong item and donate it.

By that point it was March and I knew I was just being strung along. I sent one last email today, but it's clear they aren't going to fix it. I'm out almost $37.
