Ordered clothes over a month ago and still nothing

I ordered some clothes from www.velweara.com almost a month and a half ago. The money came out of my account right away, 36 dollars. I got an email from [email protected] confirming the order but that was it.

Never got any tracking or shipping update. I emailed them a couple times and nobody ever wrote back. The website is still up but I don't think I'm getting my clothes or my money back.
