Ordered a Bible study book and it never showed up

Ordered a Bible study book, BOGO. Was not aware that shipping was from China, took over a month to finally read that shipping stopped in Los Angeles three weeks later. Still have not seen my book(s). When I click the option on PayPal to “contact Verifixion,” I’m given a phone number to the Better Business Bureau. So I’m out 35 dollars and nothing.
