Got a letter about a fake $15,000 medical claim on my insurance

I got copied on a letter from my health insurance company. It was sent to some place called Verisola, Inc. The letter was asking them for more details about a claim for almost $15,000 so they could pay it. My insurance said they tried to contact this company multiple times and got no answer.

I know I didn't have any medical claims for that time, and definitely not for that much money. So I googled the company name. That's when I found out this is a scam. They're trying to get insurance companies to pay fake claims. They must have gotten my name and health insurance info from a data breach or something.

It's really scary that they have my personal information. Who knows what else they have.
